1. Acceptance

By using Scrivia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Scrivia provides browser-based document tools including PDF editing, image editing, and resume building. Standard tools process your files in your browser. AI features send the text you submit to an AI service (see the Privacy Policy). We provide these tools as-is and make no guarantees about the accuracy of outputs.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Scrivia to process documents you do not have the right to edit, to engage in any illegal activity, to circumvent copyright protections, or to distribute malicious content.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available by subscription, billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout, in Australian dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase on request.

5. Disclaimer

Scrivia is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any loss of data or documents. Always keep backups of important files.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
